I wanted to do Alamosweets' version (thanks Alamosweets for your help), but I couldn't make it work, so I got some inspiration from tanyacakes. Sponge base, Vanilla and chocolate middle and Plain vanilla sponge on top. This was a nightmare for me to complete, but I thot it was worth it in the end. Thanks for looking!

My first wedding cake - almost a heart attack, I was sooo nervous. Anyhow, bride was pleased - Bottom layer fruit and the others are almond and vanilla sponge with Creme Au Buerre filling (the lightest yummiest filling ever!). Thanks for looking.
My son is three tomorrow and he has been going on non-stop about this numberjacks cake (Numberjacks is his favourite TV program), I couldn't get rid of the white marks on the face, but I hope he'll like it..

A simple marble cake. My first attempt at a teddy, and my second attempt at modelling. I had fun doing this.
I've been wanting to make a "gift" cake and use pink and brown on a cake so I took the opportunity this week when I decorating this cake. Bottom cake is Nati's white chocolate & coconut cake (yummo!) with chocolate caramel filling. A taste of heaven.
Bottom layer - citrus, Middle - cinammon & top tier is a lovely moist coconut cake.
Colour variations due to bc melting in my hands, but my nephew loved it.

Two days and a back ache later... Clutch bag is a fruit cake and gift box is a simple vanilla & almond sponge cake. The inspiration was from various cakes posted here, so ... thanks to all who wittingly and unwittingly contributed.
I baked this cake to say "welcome to our home" to a house guest. Almond sponge with almond flavoured MMF.
