Party Animals!!!
Freehand modelled animals for young lady's 18th birthday. Each of the animals represents her pets, she was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed doing this and so far it is my favourite cake that I have done. I also learned a new technique by adding CMC to sugarpaste, it makes a fantastic paste to model with, it gives a very pliable texture.

North Pole - Winter Wonderland
Done for joint Christmas and my nieces birthday for christmas day. Niece loved it.....she's got a thing about penguins at the moment. Figure is based on a cartoon character poplar in England at the moment ' Dora The Explorer'. Cake was finished off with edible irredescent glitter dust.

1St Wedding Cake Order - I Done It!!!
My first wedding cake order......I can breath now!!! Didn't realise how stressful it could get. The roses are all sugarpaste and took quite a while to make. I managed to break a few when I was putting the cake together!!!! I was really happy with the end result, so was the customer. Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream cake.

Spot The Surprise! - Present Cake
This my first full fondant bow, which thank God turn out just right. This cake was inspired by the pink & white ribbon that I used to put around the cake board. Vanilla sponge cake, filled with vanilla buttercream & strawberry jam. Covered with sugarpaste Cake was accented with luster dust. Customer was very happy with it.

Rose Wedding Cake
This is my first wedding cake, and my first sugar roses. Picked up new techniques for sugar flowers at the Sugarcraft fair held in Birmingham, England. Was a great event to learn at at. Thank you British Sugarcraft Guild, for making my new found talent in cake decorating ever more enjoyable!

Avant Garde: Chocolate Winter Wonderland
'Chocoholics Delight' - A rich chocolate brandy sponge cake, made with 50%+ coco from France. With chocolate icing & white chocolate handmade shards, dusted with icing sugar to finish the look. Chocolate is SC. Customer was very, very happy.......it's amazing how chocolate can bring a smile to your face!

Feeling Hot, Hot, Hot!!! - Back To Trindad
For a customer who is going back to Trinidad to live. First time doing human sugarpaste figures. Used SF Extra Red to get the brilliant red colour for the Trinidad Flag. Cake was cut freehand to the shape of the Trinidad island. Cake is a rich fruit cake with lots of rum!!!. Customer loved it.

Couples Return From Honeymoon
1st atempt at suitcase modelled cake, base cake is a real cake. Cakes are a rich fruit cake with lots of rum, a West Indian family receipe! So base was strong enough to take the weight of the top cake. Use of edible liquid gold colour for the first time. Completed all modelling in sugarpaste. Done for a couple returning back from their Honeymoon. Really enjoyed this challenge. Sarah Sharpe

Bump Cake - Baby Boy
This is my first attempt at doing a cake like this,I loved the many inspiration cakes I saw that allowed me to have a go at doing something like this.I'm quite a creative all rounder so it was quite easy once I got started.I did this for my boss at work who knows she is having a boy,she was wonderfully surprised when presented with the cake. She is keeping the little bunny that was sitting in the corner as a keep sake.Done with sugar paste icing.Sarah Sharpe
