Made for an equestrian friend of my DD's. She wanted a horseshoe cake- with flowers, blue and green, (her favorite colors), her favorite horse knick-knacks and to be "girly" Here is what I came up with. Marble cake with van. BC icing- funny thing is... the b'day girl doesn't eat cake!!
8" triple chocolate fudge cake, chocolate mousse filling, triple chocolate fudge icing, Hershey's special dark choclate drizzle and triple chocolate fudge and vanilla caramel (had to add a little different flavor in there) cake balls. THis is for my best customer who obviously loves chocolate.

16" WVSC with raspberry filling, 12" marble with vanilla buttercream filling 8" triple chocolate fudge cake with triple chocolate fudge filling- All iced in vanilla buttercream icing- Buttercream roses, swags, and small white oyster pearls for accent. The roses were dusted with shimmer dust and sparkled in the light a little. Thanks to everyone who offered assistance, advice and support during this whole process.
11x15 WVSC cake, raspberry filling, and VBC icing. Candy rocks and the trucks were purchased by mom. This was made for my DD riding instrucor's son. She said he drove the trucks through the icing and then licked them all off. Good thing we made another plain cake for the adults.
This is a huge cake! 12x18 double layer. WVSC cake, strawberry filling and vanilla buttercreamicing. Done for two local boys that graduated last weekend. This thing weighs a ton! It says PANTHERS in black icing letters on the side also- not visible in the photo.

These were done using the "Hello, Cupcake!" book by Karen Tack and Alan Richardson. They were SOOOOO much fun to do. This book is great!! Did them for my mom's birthday this weekend. Oreo cookies center of flowers with buttercream icing, choc candy clay leaves and M&M ladybugs. The butterflies are all chocolate.

This is what everyone refers to as my signature cake. I make so many of thiese things that I see them in my sleep. I made 5 of them today for occasions throughout the week. Tese have been most popular with the teachers at both of my girl's schools- they can't seem to get enough of them --good for me as I get between $35-50 a piece depending upon size.
This is an 11x15 double layer cake (very heavy) marble cake, vanilla buttercream icing done for a friend's daughters. I had planned on doing a more elaborate cake for them but jammed my thumb on my right hand (yes, I'm right handed!) I could barely squeeze my bags and am in agony now. Even though it's not what I planned on doing, didn't turn out too bad for an injured lady.
I am so proud of this cake. Thank you to all who helped me by answering my stacking questions. I don't usually do stacked cakes but had a blast with this one and can't wait to do more. 10" bottom and 6" top- triple chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge icing. Candy clay flowers on edge of 10" round and the others are silk with ribbon accents.

I tried so hard to make a candy clay figure for the top but just couldn't get it-- one of these days it will work for me. Hope the MTB likes it.
This was an extra cake that I made for mt nephew's first communion party. 14" triple chocolate fudge cake, vanilla buttercream icing and chocolate drizzle just for fun. It was a huge hit. Only a couple of small pieces left by the end of the evening.
Book pan, WASC, all buttercream with candy clay plaques on the pages and chalise. Done for my nephew- have to travel three hours with this and another 14" round cake- inspiration for cake from Wilton 2007 yearbook-
