Pumpkin Leaves
This is a bunt cake pan, inspired by the buncake pumpkins entered in the 2006 Halloween Contest. I'd never thought of this idea, but loved it so much I had to make one myself! So I made a chocolate and white cake pumpkin covered in fondant and decorated with fondant leaves and acorns.

Monkey Child
I got the idea for the image off of a cross stitch photo. I made her as a FBCT, and origionally had tried to make the chocolate icing, it didnt come out the right way, so I had to hurridly resort to store bought, and it did not respond nicely to having the FBCT put on it, so it's a little speckled. Friend was happy with the cake for her baby shower none the less.

Zoom Around The Moon
My nephew asked for a moon and rocketship cake for his 3rd birthday, and this is what I came up with. I covered the ball cake in the MMF (first time using, I will NEVER go back!) and spackled BC icing for texture over the MMF. Fun cake! Learned alot, but still happy with results.

America The Beautiful
This is my first attempt at topsy turvy, my first time to try to paint fondant, and first icing sculpture with the eagle head. Thank you all who went through the posts to find http://www.cakecentral.com/article1-Instructions-For-Building-A-Whimsical-Tilted-Cake.html and thank you BKeith for putting that instructional together!! I hope my friend likes the cake & feels it's an aproperate welcome home from Iraq cake.
