My son insisted on Lightening McQeen from Cars this year. He wanted to make sure it had a mouth that looked like it was revving its engine and he insisted it have a #5 because he was turning 5! The cake was simple, I used the form pan from Wilton-doesn't get any easier than that!

My 4 1/2 & 2 year old made this cake for their daddy for his birthday. I only helped with the bow, the oven part & clean up! They had a blast and were so proud of themselves. This is a chocolate cake covered in cream cheese frosting, surrounded by wafer cookies and chocolate covered strawberries piled on top. It was fun and delicious!

This cake was made for my sons 2nd birthday. Thanks to all the other cowboy cakes out there that helped me design this one. It was covered in MMF and decorated with Buttercream Frosting!
OK-so this one didn't work out that great. The dye from the frosting bled really bad over night.
My son wanted a blue airplane with a yellow stripe and this is what he got! It is funny how specific kids can be sometimes. I made the cake out of one 9X13 cake, but the cabin of the plane was made too big, next time I would trim it all back a bit.
I made a bunch of these cakes to deliver to our neighbors for Halloween. I have seen these made from cupcakes but I made them from about 6" round cake pans. My 4 year old loved helping make these.
I made this cake for my daughters baptism. I had a hard time smoothing out the fondant and them once I made the cross I couldn't get the cornstarch cleaned off. Any suggestions on this?
My little guy loves rocket from the disney show Little Einstiens. I had trouble smoothing out the blue windshield without having the choc cake crumble. But, he was still sooo excited about it.

This is my first and surely my last wedding cake attempt. My sister wanted to have chocolate cupcakes with mint frosting and chocolate double heart molds on top. It was a ton of work but we had lots of compliments on how good they were. We had 200 cupcakes on the tiers and circular plates.
I made these cakes for my brother & sister-in-law. They were a lot of fun but I need lots of practice. I used MMF for the mugs and buttercream for the foam. CHEERS!!!
