Done for a 60th b-day, they just left it up to me to come up with something, I was very pleased with the end result. there are two fudge cakes underneath a layer of chocolate paste and just touched up with lustre dust. Chocolate decorations on top.
I did this for a lady who like line dancing and she had a flower garden. Every thing I made and is edible the stakes in the garden on the right are candles.

This was a 21st cake bottom mud, middle banana and top chocolate all iced with chocolate ganache and with chocolate collars around each tier. Flowers all fondant.

This is my 2nd paid wedding cake, bottom was mud middle tier was banana and top was fruit cake all flowers and leaves I made from flower paste. I was very pleased with this when I finished. Hope the bride liked it haven't heard from her yet, but I suppose no news is good news aye.
This was for a 35th birthday, carrots cakes with coloured cream cheese icing, the straps are liquorice, clubs are fondant. The birthday boy loved it.
