3 Tier 25Th Anniversary Cake

Each tier represented a different "stage" in their relationship: bottom was high school, middle was college, and the top was their wedding day and the 3 girls they had. Bottom layer is Vanilla with alternating Chocolate Cream Cheese filling and Coconut Filling. Middle was Double Fudge Cake with Chocolate Cream Cheese filling. The top was Vanilla cake with a very light almond cheese cake filling. Yummy!!!

3 Tier Topsy Turvy Cake

Vanilla on the bottom, chocolate in the middle, and Strawberry lemonade cake on the top. Covered in fondant.

Easter, Cross Cake

Cinnamon Swirl Cake (borrowed from the recipe forum - yummy!). Banana filling, Rolled Buttercream Icing and gumpaste flowers.

16Th Birthday 70's Throwback

ALL vanilla cake. Covered in buttercream icing. Flowers are fondant. Had a lot of fun making this.

Optimus Prime 3D Truck

Cake is Chocolate, with Chocolate Cream Cheese crumb coating. Icing is rolled Buttercream. Cake was frozen, stacked, carved, coated and covered. Much better than my last Optimus Prime Truck cake!!

Spongebob Square Pants

Baby Butt Cake

Marble Cake 8" 2 layer on bottom. The "butt" was baked in a small Pyrex bowl. Icing is Buttercream. The blanket is Fondant. The diaper, legs, and feet are rolled buttercream. This was my first attempt at this kind of cake. I think it turned out good!!

Man Arrested

2 Layer Vanilla on bottom. Shirt and arms are Chocolate cake covered in Fondant. Chocolate Cream Cheese to cover the bottom half of the cake.

Vanilla Cake with Buttercream icing. Volcano and trees are Fondant. Dinosaurs are plastic (the child wanted them to play with)
