Safari Jungle Cake
I MADE THIS CAKE FOR MY GRANDSON'S 2ND BIRTHDAY. IT WAS A LOT OF CAKE, BUT THEN THERE WAS A LOT OF FAMILY TO FEED TOO! IT REALLY LOOKS GOOD TO HAVE TRAVELED ALMOST 300 MILES. THE IDEA CAME FROM THE WILTON'S YEAR BOOK. IT IS HARD TO SEE THE MONKEYS HANGING FROM THE VINES BECAUSE THEY ARE TURNED SIDEWAYS.

Super Hero Cake
It is hard to see but on top of this cake you can find Superman, Batman, and Spiderman..they are made from shrink plastic and hot glued to plastic picks. The buildings are made from color flow and the cars are made from jelly slices candies and spice drops. The birthday boy loved it. I found this cake in one of the Wilton's Yearbooks.

Pink Quinceanera Cake
This was the second cake my partner and I had made for money. The customer wanted varigated pink colors to match the girls dress. Because the customer was transporting and setting the cake up herself we had to make something that she could do easily and still look good. We even designed the cake toppers with pearls and royal icing flowers! We were quite pleased with the outcome.
