3-Tier Wedding Cake
This is a 3-Tier Cake that I did. 10 inch and 6 inch are Tart Lemon Chiffon Cake w/ Lemon Curd and a mix of Lemon Curd, Stabilized whipped cream and raspberries w/ Chambord Liquor. Middle tier is White Chiffon w/ Bavarian Mocha Cream, ganache and one layer w/ Bavarian Mocha Cream w/ crushed Almond Rocha candies. Yum! Pearls are fondant brushed w/ pearl dust.
