This was an order cake that I thought would be easier than it actually was. The draping proved to be very difficult on a large cake.
This cake was inspired by the Whimsical Bakehouse cake decorating book. The cake was covered in chocolate ganache. The swirls and dots are chocolate melts. A very yummy cake!

This is definitely not my best cake, it started out that way but ended up on the side of my car. It was originally a three tier cake, chocolate with toffee crunch filling, frosted in butter cream. Unfortunately it tipped over in the car in route and I had one hour to fix it!!!! One hour later, minus a tier I did the best with what I had left.
