My daughter for her 5th Birthday picked this cake out of Colette Peters' Cakes To Dream On. This was my first attempt at this cake. The cake was so moist that it was very difficult to work with. Please excuse the thumbprint in the front cake. Once it was in place my husband decided it didn't look right.

Did this cake for my niece's band fund raiser. Their them had something to do with Galaxy. I used the Marshmallow Fondant to cover this. This is the first cake with Fondant i've done outside of the class.
