Hydrangea Cake
Having never done a gumpaste hydrangea before, it was a little hit and miss. I didn't have a four leaf cutter so I made my own templates and pieced together each individual flower and "glued" them on the cake with buttercream icing. I used several different colors to give it a more natural look. Overall I am pleased with the flowers, but and actual cutter would have made it a lot quicker!

Stringwork
Sorry i didn't put a description up yet. This cake is a tiny little 6 inch round that I took to a class. This was my first crack at Australian Stringwork. I used Royal icing with a #1 tip. You are supposed to use a #0 or #00 but I don't own those as of yet.... It was a lot of fun but extremely time consuming
