Wow, how time flies. It was just yesterday that I made her wedding cake and now she is ready to be a mom. CONGRATS HOLLY!!! You deserve it all! Love you! This cake was a copy off the baby's room decor.
Sour cream and almond cake with BC. I love simple cakes like this, they are so easy and fun to make. The was made for a party at work. I didn't want to spend time making red icing for a cake I am not paid for, so I cheated and frosted it white and then used a very very thin layer of Wilton red icing over the top. It was super easy and worked in a pinch.
BC frosting, CT gymnastics. There was a crown cookie dusted with disco dust for a topper but did not get a pic of it.
A cake for a co-worker. Her mother cannot ever remember that she hates ham and serves it often, so this was done as a gag. White cake, BC, real cherries and pineapple. Bone was made from white chocolate.
NFSC with BC frosting. They were yummy!

This was a grooms cake done, made from two 10 inch chocolate ckes. and chocolate frosting dyed black. The ears are made from GP/Fondant mix and painted black. Charged 40.00.
WASC. Two with raspberry filling and one with strawberry filling. Fruit on top is strawberrys, raspberrys, grapes, blueberry's and blackberrys. Last minute crises when the cake stand was cracked but CC came to my rescue and suggested using glass vases. Thanks for everyone's help. Charged 200.00. WSCA cake covered in fondant and air brushed. My husband hand painted the motorcycle because our preist rides one. It was so cute with black and white striped candles but I forgot my camera. It was a fun cake to do. I love it when my husband gets to help me!
This was a ridiculous cake. I had three hours to make it, including the chocolate transfer, and it looks terrible...still post the good with the bad, right?

Lemon, Chocolate and White cakes with buttercream. I was so dissapointed in how this cake turned out I wanted to cry and did not accept any money for it....oh well...live and learn.

Finally done! This is a cake that was definately overthought! Thanks to tnt320to for posting instructions. Three teir, fondant...the leaves are piped chocolate, berries are fondant with cranberry luster dust.
These are so fun and easy to make. This one is going to my office Christmas party this afternoon along with some Christmas cookies. His ear fell off some time last night--used long toothpicks to stick it back together.
