Kinda screwed up big time on the structural part...its was kinda falling apart....but I've never done a cake like this before. ^^; I think if you ignore the fact that it is deconstructing intself and falling backwards it would have been a really nice cake. I regretted not using fondant halfway through this though, so hard to put a cake ontop of another cake when you cant really touch it.
Japanese teacher's retirement cake. I messed up the writing because I was out of icing and had too use what I could find left in my bags ^^;; Plus it got smushed in transit so meh...Next time I'll know to save some icing.
