Scroll And Dot Wedding Cake
This was for a family members wedding. I wasn't crazy about the design, but I think it ended up looking okay. The lily's are plastic, I should have made them, they would have been a better size. I had to do the flowers, decorating at the chruch an reception, and all the favors so time was kinda short. Anyway, I just love the colors! Thanks for looking!!

Ivory Pleated Skirt Cake
Well, here it is. I think the pleating turned out good, except for when I stacked the cake, the bend in the fondant cracked. What happened? Thanks for indydebi for showing me the photo, an to enthralled for giving me the inspiration. The bride found the cake in a BRIDES magazine, but it was all white, that photo helped me get the color scheme going. Anyway, thanks for looking and thanks for all the tips and instructions!!!

Mickey's Clubhouse
Thanks to all those I have studied around here, I can't believe I actually pulled this off. The "house" was really too big for the base cake, but anyway, I made it work! Thanks so much for the inspirations!! Oh, and everything is cake except the head, it's styrofoam. The ears and hand are just fondant, everything else is cake with fondant covering.

Flip Flops
I attempted these a little differently this time around. I completly finished the first one before even carving the second. I wasn't thinking and put both on the board last time and like to have never got that thing iced!! I did manage to only make two straps. I forget to make the oher two until she got here to pick it up! Thanks for looking!!

Ivory An Calla Lily Fair Entry
I made this dummy cake for my fair entry. Only sencond time covering in fondant. Not the exact design I had in mind, but I had to cover up some mistakes in the fondant. Thanks to those who gave me ideas on how to cover it up. The topper was also a first, had never made one with the rolled fondant/gumpaste. Thanks for looking and please share any pointers!

Western Wedding Cake
This one just about killed me! I'm still having nightmares three weeks later! Orginally, it was supposed to be stacked, which I tried! It started leaning and leaning....so I took it apart and ended up doing this. I didn't charge, since it's not what she wanted. I still feel bad. So, how bad is it? Please be honest

Daisy- Navy An Yellow Cake
Can't say as I am proud of this one. I think it looks so tilted, I don't think it really was, but it sure looks like. I feel like the two squares were too large for the way they were stacked. It was a 8' sq with a 6sq turned offset, I think that may be why it looks off. The bride combined several designs to create this, I hope that at least she was happy with how it turned out. Thanks for looking!!

Open Gift Box Package Cake
I had always wanted to try one of this and I needed to something to donate to a benefit and thought it was a good time to try. I had to leave a peice of cardboard inside the lid, it only had about 28 hours to dry, I think it needed longer. I am really wondering what it brought, probably not much, but I wonder. Anyway, thanks for looking and it was Strawberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
