I did this for a small 75 person wedding. The bride loved it. At first I was leary, but it did look really good in the room...and how easy!! The cupcakes were chocolate with caramel filling and bc top and the cake was red velvet w/cream cheese filling and bc. The blossoms are gumpaste.

This cake was made to the exact specs of the bride. I felt it was plain but it's what she wanted! Vanilla cake with vanilla cream filling and iced in very sweet bc.
This was done for a baby shower decorated in pink & black. The cakes are 10" vanilla iced in BC. I wasn't sure how to execute this design since the mom to be didn't want fondant...the neck line was extremely difficult.
