Cake I made for a co-worker. My first weddig cake! Top tier is White almond sour cream/almond bc, middle- Pina Colada w/ coconut bc, bottom- Neopolitan- white cake topped chocolate ganache, chocolate topped w/ strawberry jam, then strawberry cake.
This is a picture of my daughters 6th b-day cake. I am very happy with it! There were some boo-boo's , but no one seemed to notice and everyone was very impressed that I made it. Tasted great too. Most important..my daughter loved it! Thanks to "Pinkbunny" for her advice and encouragment!
