Carved choc cake out of layers and WM pan stacked on 2" layer. BC layer then covered in MMF. Eyes, ears, tail and tusks are gumpaste.
This cake was inspired by the one Mamacc has on here, and lots of help from her as well! When my son saw it he had to have it for his 8th birthday. The entire dragon is covered in mmf. It was at the park and warm, very windy - my buttercream was not holding up and sliding off the cake!
