I had a real difficult time finding images of cupcakes in these wrappers as a whole "cake". So I thought I'd put these up. Raspberry swirl cake with vanilla buttercreme.
Girl going off to be a prison guard - Mum ordered cake. Mountjoy name of the prison. Buttercream didn't behave and my gumpaste figures were too heavy - fell over. How can I make it either more stable or should I have used modelling chocolate?
