This was for my son's 1st birthday in May 2006. The only mess up on this cake was that I forgot to print the spiderman in reverse. I used piping gel to transfer spiderman to the cake. I used the food spray for the blue on top of the cake. The rest was done in Wilton class buttercream icing.
This was my first cake ever before taking the Wilton class. My son wanted a choo choo cake for his 2nd birthday so I went all out and got the 3-D Wilton pan. It took me several hours to decorate it, but was well worth it. This was done Jan 2006 and now I have taken 2 of the Wilton classes and know what I am doing. The cake is done in all Wilton class Buttercream icing.
