My first Mango Mousse Cake
Made this and a mango mousse cake in class yesterday. My first attempt.
A birthday cake I made for my nephew. Batman transfer was a rectangle thus the "cut-off" on one side. Butter cake with Quick Caramel Frosting. First try at Caramel Frosting and expected the Caramel Frosting to be creamy like cream but it turned out grainy and extremely sweet because of the powdered sugar. Any comments welcomed.
My first attempt at CT. Not well done as had problems melting the chocolate and keeping it in the right consistency.
My first try at making roses using MMF. All with the help from this website. Thanks for the great site.
