this is my first try at a tiered and stacked cake. It was also my first wedding cake. I don't think it turned out to bad. The top and bottom are french vanilla with buttercream frosting. The middle is chocolate with btc. It was an interesting experience.
I just started decorating cakes this Spring. This is the first cake I've done that I used candy clay and fondant on(the sandcalstle is fondant). The cake is for my boss at work who really likes sweets and motorcycles. Rena
