I made this cake for my niece. I used the tiara pattern from this site and traced it with royal icing. Everything else is done with colored buttercream.
I made this cake just because I wanted to do a blue colored cake. It says "enjoy!" on the top, I faded the sides with 3 different shades of blue buttercream, and I drew a tribal band around the cake.
