I have fallen in love with this cake. Our teacher taught us the Calla Lily in class. This cake went so much better than my first. This is my second fondant cake. I would appreciate some constructive critcitism however.
This cake was an absolute nightmare! The fondant kept tearing (I rolled it way too thin. Luckily drapes can work wonders at hiding things.
I was and am very proud of this cake it was chocolate with strawberry filling with a chocolate buttercream basketweave.
This was my first floral spray and those are my frist roses (well, there were others, lol). I also consider this my homage to the Christian band, Casting Crowns as Set Me Free is the title to one of my favorite songs by them.
