I stamped this buttercream covered "sponge" cake for my daughter. Boy was she suprised when she tried to cut it and it bounced right back up! What was hard was keeping the candles upright . . . finally when she wasn't looking I had to cut each area w/my xacto knife.
1st time using fondant . . . for a friends baby shower so I tend to not be so "picky" with the end result.
Made the cherubs from Royal Icing . . . 1st time using it.

My son wanted a skateboard cake . . . I think that it ended up looking a little like a ramp . . . even the boys @ the party weren't sure . . . oh well . . . it tasted good!

My first upload . . . this is a 6~10~14 stacked cake I made today. I used the faux fondont technique I found on this site with the frosting I always use. The chocolate leaves were very popular!
