Two layer chocolate cake with oreo filling. Iced in BC. I used a milk carton covered in MMF for deer stand and dowels glued together and covered in BC for bottom of stand. The client didn;t want regular camo, she wanted a "brush" style. Deer feeder is all MMF except for skewer legs. The shotgun shells are MMF. The deer is the only thing that I didn't make for this cake. Oh, the "deer feed" is brown and yellow sanding sugar to represent corn. TFL
This cake is chocolate with buttercream filling and buttercream icing with MMF decorations. The boot in the front of the dice is because the birthday girl's nickname is "Boot".
This is the first fondant covered cake I've ever done. White cake with buttercream filling covered in fondant and chocolate fondant. I think it turned out really well for the first time. What do you think? TFL

I made this the night before my mother-in-laws birthday dinner. It was my first time to smooth the BC with the Viva paper towel. I'm impressed with how well it came out. I just made a ribbon bow and added the ribbon to the cake.
This was made for a trucking company that uses the Texas flag and the shape as their logo. I used matchbox forklift and truck cab. The trailer I actually made from real match boxes and iced over them and glued buttons on for wheels. Then I "glued" the "pipes" on to the trucks with icing.
I made this cake for a lady who had written a poem about a nativity scene, but didn't have one, and so was going to change the poem. I fixed it so she could use her poem at her family's Christmas gathering.
