Polly Pocket Swimming Pool
Inspired by a Polly Pocket cake I saw on here. I'll have to look to remember who. So cute, the little girl brought in her own Polly Pocket toys so I had to adjust the cake to fit all the the little dollys and the the dolphin. Strawberry enhanced cake, vanilla fill and buttercream icing. The pool is berry jello.

Prairie Grove Tiger Cupcakes
These were ordered at about 2pm for tomorrow afternoon. So I got into my shop and made 4 dozen of them. School colors are gold (yellow) and black. Mascot is the the tigers. I like the way my petit four tiger cakes turned out better, but I had a little more time to plan those out! These are all buttercream.

Festus Gunsmoke Cake
Omage(sp?) To Ken Curtis aka "Festus" from Gunsmoke. Chocolate cake with Buttercream iceing. I printed out Festus on thick scrapbooking paper and used buttercream to paste it to rolled out gumpaste. Watched it for awhile, no soak through. Looks pretty good. Of course, it's not edible! Has to be removed before slicing.

Halo 3 Masterchief
For the new Halo 3. This is my VERY first try at frozen buttercream transfers. I guess this is my practice. I just went with my mistakes. I iced the back too thick so the transfers are on pretty thick but I thought it looked like I meant to that. Anyway, proud I am. All buttercream on a 1/2 white 1/2 chocolate cake.

Antique Mail Truck
Second in a series of cakes I am doing for our local postal workers. It is done in all buttercrean except for the tires and windsheild wipers which are MMF. It is choc and white cake with lemon filling. Officially my first "carved" cake. I do Razorback cakes and Bldgs. but not much carving involved in those. The truck is a little askew.
