I made this tiered camo cake for a veterans 90th birthday. I frosted it with a coconut flavored buttercream and filled the layers with that and shredded coconut. It's topped with chocolate ganache and topped/trimmed chopped milk chocolate pieces. This was my first time tackling anything this big and complicated.

I found this in a magazine. I made the orange glaze a little too thin, but other than that I think it turned out okay. It's just two bundt cakes put together with a green icecream cone. Great for Halloween or Thanksgiving festivities. Easy to make.
This is my first cake. It was for my son and daughters Backyardigan party. I couldn't find a cake anywhere to buy, so I went to a cake supply store. The girls there got me everything I needed and here are the results... :)
