Lemon Sam
a grad cake for a guy crazy about everything lemon, so of course the cake was lemon-poppy seed with lemon filling. his college logo is on the lower right hand cake, the blue "spikes" on the stand up slice are to represent his brand new blue mohawk, and the board is decorated with silver studs since he also loves to bedazzle and stud all his clothes.

School mascot the "Comet" represented in the flames surrounding the mat and a fondant gold medal and painted ribbon. Michelle
This cake was designed for a very simple yet elegant back yard reception for 150. The bride wore a empire waisted gown and this cake was designed to carry out the theme of her flowing dress. Although at our first meeting she told me " I really don't even like cake, but I guess I need one!" , it was reported to me that the first thing she said the morning after the reception was "Is there any of that carrot cake left?" I'll take that as a review of the cake, and not the honeymoon! thanks for looking!
