The dinosaur was made using the 3D bear pan. It is made with buttercream icing and fondant for the spikes and toenails. There will be another picture of his back showing the details of the tail. The inspiration for the colors was from the dragon on Shrek
This is a Bobby Jack cake for my niece. For anyone that doesn't know who Bobby Jack is, he is a funny, cute monkey. They sell a lot of BJ at Jc Penny's. The cake was done with fondant and chocolate buttercream Icing. I used the animal cracker cake pan
This was taken from the animal cracker pan and the ears were trimmed off and moved a little down to look more like a monkey. It was a fun cake to decorate.
Two tiered, one layer from each is also a blue cake. all fondant. I didn't have a cookie cutter so i took one of my tips and just used it for a small cutter. It worked great.
A friend of mine is getting ready to have her shower so i thought I would practice on making a cake that goes along with her theme. She gave me a plate and I did the best I could turning it into a cake. I think it looks great!
This is a little baby. I used a 5" round pan instead of a 9". This is a personal cake made for the mother-to-be. I had so much fun making it.
