This cake is a combination of cakes that the customer found on Gimme Me Some Sugar Cakes (Las Vegas) website!! She wanted Barbie incorporated and she wanted it blingy, yet kind of soft, so, this is what I came up with. The bottom tier is a dummy cake. She only wanted to feed 25 people, but still wanted it to be big!!
(not an original idea) Customer sent me a photo of a cake she wanted done for her daughter's 1st birthday. This isn't an exact replica, but, it came out nice. It took FOREVER to make all the stuff on the cake.
Fun cake to make, had issues with the pointy top though (reason for it being flat on top, LOL), but, it came out pretty nice!! The people the cake was for didn't want to cut it!! :)
Minnie Mouse 1St Birthday

One of my most requested cakes!! (2) ball pans for the head, 9 inch and soccer pan for the body. Covered in buttercream and fondant. Love the color combo on this one (black, green, and white)
Head is small ball pan carved into shape. Body is (1) 10" and (1) soccer stacked and carved into shape. Wish the arms would have come out better, but the parents thought it was great.
