this is from the cover of the 1995 wilton yearbook. in the book it is described as an anniversary cake but i made it for a 72 year old woman and her twin sisters birthday.
This was my first enterance in a cake show and I won 2nd place! It is all done in color flow on buttercrean icing. Susan O'Boyle-Jacobson and Steven Stellingwerf were 2 of the judges. I am glad I had the chance to meet both of them.
