Technically this was a birthday cake but figured it fit better in Halloween cakes. Wanted much more detail on it but my power was out so time was limited after the power came back on >:-( Chocolate ganache, buttercream, chocolate cake w/ cookies & cream filling.

White cake with raspberry filling and buttercream. Frozen buttercream transfer for Hello Kitty...and it worked this time! My last 2 didn't come out so well. Love FBCT's now! It was a very small party and from what my daughter said they ate every last crumb!
This was a last minute cake and somehow the top tier got on a bit crooked but I didn't think it turned out half bad for last minute! Actually, I knew it was coming up and had it all baked, I just had a wedding cake & wedding the day before and stayed up waaaaaay too late enjoying myself the night before.
I was happy with how this turned out...and it was still standing over the fountain when the reception started! Lemon cake w/ raspberry filling and buttercream icing.

A good friend of mine bought candy eyes from CK and shared them with me so I HAD to make NFSC animals to use the eyes on! LOL

Peanut butter cake with buttercream frosting. This was for a guy at work that wouldn't tell anyone his age. His last name is Tewinkle (I promise I didn't mis-spell twinkle ;-) Funny thing is, I got the age wrong!
