My son's 3rd birthday cake, as requested..."Mario and Luigi holding a star with a blue 3, 'cause blue is my favorite color." 2-layer 10" round white cakes iced in buttercream tiered with 2-layer 7" round chocolate cake iced in cream cheese icing all with fondant decoration. Handcrafted Mario and Luigi out of fondant with tylose. I'm SO proud of how this one turned out. Thanks for looking!

Red And Yellow M&m Cakes

Originally saw these cakes posted by indigojods and fell in LOVE. I HAD to create a reason to do them, so here they are, for my son's 2nd birthday. 10" round chocolate cake iced in peanut butter cream cheese icing and large oval iced in vanilla buttercream, both with fondant faces. You can probably also see the cookies I made to match. Sugar cookies with satin ice fondant. I put the m's on the front of the packaging. Thanks for looking...I am SO proud of these cakes.

Easter Egg Cake Balls

White cake with buttercream icing cake balls, dipped in pastel colored chocolate to TRY to make them look like Easter eggs. Made 60 of them for my son's preschool teachers....they were all gone. :) TFL!

Pink Zebra Baby Shower

2-layer 12" rounds with 2-layer 8" rounds iced in vanilla buttercream with satin ice black fondant zebra stripes. Fondant/gumpaste pink bow and pink buttercream pearl border. Custom R chocolates to match the new baby girl's last name...and had some scraps to supply the client with some tasty cake balls! The customer was extremely pleased...and I had fun with it. I LOVE girly cakes!

Tinkerbell

2-layer 10" round dreamsicle cakes tiered with 2-layer 8" round lemon cakes iced and decorated in CREAM CHEESE ICING...YUMMY! Fondant mushrooms, flowers, with pearl dusted name on clear flower pics. Client provided Tink...used to be a Christmas ornament! I think it turned out super cute! Thanks for looking.

Birthday Target And Gun

single layer 9" round iced in buttercream. WHEW....those concentric circles were fun. :) Edible image cut out of 50/50 fondant/gumpaste. Please excuse the picture...it had to travel hundreds of miles, so the gun was placed on at the birthday boy's home and emailed to me. Not exactly how I would have placed it either, but it works. :)

Spooky Scooby

Nojo Jungle Baby Cakes

4-8" square cakes iced in buttercream with hand cut fondant decorations to match provided NOJO JUNGLE wall hangings that were purchased for the baby's room. (Picture of wall hangings is actually on my website if you are interested). Baby shower theme revolved around the Nojo Jungle bedding.

Football First Birthday

9 x 13 cake with football pan iced in buttercream with matching 6" square smash altered to make a rectangle to match the party cake. Accents are fondant.

'57 Chevy

Buttercream iced 9 x 13 cake with black chocolate fondant squares. Carved car out of 9 x 13 durable recipe cake. This is a take off of Meancat's car...but NOWHERE...I mean NOWHERE as good. fit in with the theme and the birthday boy...my FIL....was pleased so it's all good. My version of Wespam's flip flops These were a LOT harder than I expected! White cakes iced in buttercream with Nilla wafer sand, white chocolate seashells and fondant stripes.

Elmo

8" rounds and 6" rounds iced in buttercream with fondant decorations and Elmo topper (actually the handle to a kiddy umbrella!). Decorated to match handmade party invitation and party hat that I made also. I LOVE this girly stuff! Since i have two boys, my neighbor lets me get it all out for her daughter's birthday. :)

Dual Pirate Party
