2-2 x 4" rice crispy treats decorated to look like a graduation cake. Name misspelled and the year is wrong. This was a prank for the mother of the graduate who was totally freaking out about the real one. She took it well :^)

Ok, he looks like Santa, but the real Uncle Sam only has a goatee. This version is cuter, I think. Only partially fondant, the rest is the Whimsical Bakehouse House Buttercream. I got the idea from one of those blow up lawn decorations and thought it would be cool to do something interesting for a change with a sheet cake.
Made completly from chocolate plastic, using candy melts. It was for a birthday that took place on Feb. 2. Thought it would be cute to make it look like it was coming out of the cake.
Made for a firehouse christmas party. They wanted the cake to be red velvet so it would be red on the inside.

This wasn't supposed a stacked cake, but a week before the wedding the stands still hadn't arrived and things changed quickly. I used the regular dowl supports for the satalite cakes and the hidden separator plates for the the main.
