Baby Shower Fraga

Strawberry cake w/chocolate buttercream icing. Pink, green, white decorations. Flowers on top match pattern on bedding in the Nursery. Pink blocks on side spell BABY GIRL.

Hair Salon

1/2 sheet Dreamscicle flavor w/buttercream design & drizzled chocolate on sides. Done for my S-I-L's grand opening of her hair salon "Fifth Avenue".

4 Tier W/4 Satellites

4-tiered (16",14",12",8") all white cake w/black ribbon & pearls at base. 3 satellites were red velvet cake w/white icing. 1 satellite was confetti cake for special request of the bride's grandmother. Fresh roses done by florist.

Choc Strawberry W/monogram

3 tiered (14", 10", 6") Chocolate cake w/chocolate buttercream. Dark & white chocolate drizzles w/chocolate covered strawberries. Large chocolate "M" behind the "bride & groom" strawberries.

Purple Roses

10" round, 6" round w/Push-in pillars. All BC.

Little Mermaid

sheet cake w/Little Mermaid transfer.

Square Stacked

12", 10", 8" squares. Buttercream icing w/black ribbon trim & silk red roses. Ribbon & Roses selected by the bride.

Nemo Cake

buttercream icing w/color flow characters: Nemo, Dory, Squirt & Peach. Inspiration was from a photo the parent brought me, I don't know who did the cake originally, this one is similar, but not exact.

Pink Lace & Strawberries

Strawberry cake w/strawberry filling. BC icing & decorations. Empty space left for candles (90th birthday).

Red Roses Antique White

1/2 sheet white cake w/white bc, soccerball pan iced w/bc.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cake

Devil's food cake w/chocolate strawberry mousse filling & chocolate bc icing. 2-14" rounds & 2-10" rounds. Drizzled w/dark chocolate & white chocolate. Accented w/chocolate covered strawberries.

Tractor Shower

Baby shower w/tractor theme. All BC icing. Thanks for inspiration from CC experts.

Anniv Cake W/pillars & Roses

I wasn't fond of the pillars used in this cake, but its what the customer wanted. It was a TOTAL PAIN to get the stupid roses to stay on the sides of the cake.

Roses Horseshoe

This cake got the blue 1st place ribbon at the County Fair. All BC decoration.

Round 5 Tier Multi-Pattern

Bride wanted white on white decorations w/BC icing, but didn't care what the decorations were...just different kinds of piping work. She wanted different flavor for each layer. Bottom is white cake 14" basketweave, 12" is strawberry w/hearts, 10" is orange w/writing, 8" is lemon w/lace, 6" is vanilla w/monogram & dots. This was for my brother's wedding; we had to travel 12 hours (from TX to MO) w/this cake. The middle cake split in the car on the way there. We had to perform surgery on it to fix it.
