My attempt at making Mickey and Minnie Mouse cake topper for an engagement party. They are made from rice krispy treats and covered in fondant.
My first time carving a pillow cake. Tiara made from gumpaste and painted with americolor silver.
Colors were done to match Monkey Boy paper goods.

WASC with cannoli filling and vanilla buttercream. I used the new Wilton mold for the tree branches. It was really easy to use.

NFSC with royal icing and fondant flower. Edible markers were used to write names on the cookies.
10in and 6 in square WASC covered in buttercream. The "sand" is ground up vanilla wafers and the "shells" are made from white chocolate that I tinted different colors. The sail boat is fondant.
