Tiered Sponge Bob
first attempt at a tiered cake, learned a lot from working on this cake, it was a last minute decision. Took some ideas from this site. The Pineapple is made from the two oval pans from the 2nd Wilton class. Cut the bottom off and trimmed the edges to get a more round look, I used both pans and sandwhiched together with icing. The pineapple leaves, seaweed and coral are all royal. Kids loved it !

My 1St Castle Cake And My Messy Kitchen!
This is my 1st castle cake. I drew inspiration from a the Disney Pincess Castle cake from DecoPac and a cake design from Wilton booklet Cake Decorating Beginner's Guide ( Make Her Dream Come True ). It didnt travel well at all, I hit every bump in the road between my house and 4 blocks to the customers. I was having a cow and four kittens by the time I got there!

Sponge Bob- Surf Bob Square Pants
This is a mostly butter cream creation, I used grham cracker crumbs for the beach and I made the palm trees out of color flow , I made 7 trees and only two didnt break when I was trying to peel them off, I always make extra for breakage! The topper I have no idea as to where it was purchased the customer provided it!

Pigs In The Mud
Made this for a pig lover! All buttercream piggies laying in the mud with flies buzzing around. I used a Wilton tip # 67 to make grass blades from the bottom of the cake, all up the sides to the tiop. Also I added drop flower daisies. They loved it! but next time I am going to use a #10 to help make the bodies of the bigger pigs.
