My friend Cindee got married on the beach in Florida so I made this cake for her for a surprise party at work! It is a chocolate cake with creamcheese reeses peanut butter cup filling and butter cream icing. The coral and shells are white chocolate and the crabs are royal icing.
Okay, this is the 3rd time I have done MMF. I added white chocolate and Creme Brulee coffee creamer to it and it tasted awesome with no marshmallow taste! Anyways, I put some buttercream pink embroidered flowers on it, and I have to say that this is my best cake thus far!
I made this one last night. It's a yellow cake with pink butter cream icing and white butter cream lacing. The pink flowers are made of royal icing. My first time to do lacing and icing embroidery!
I had to put the logo on freehand as I couldn't find an image that was reversed! It is all butter cream icing, save for the black. That was chocolate butter cream with a little black added. Using chocolate really helped the icing taste like icing instead of black!
This was for a co-worker of mine who loves frogs!
