Reid Family Christmas Dinner

I made this for the dinner we had with my Dad's side of the family. It was a cinnamon-vanilla flavor cake with butter cream icing. The "R" is fondant painted with Old Gold Luster Dust. I had to adapt the cake 3 times. This is the final product. Picture isn't great, I need a new camera.

Renee's Birthday Cake.

This cake is for a really good friend's daughter. It was a last minute cake. All I was told was the girl wanted a chocolate purse. This is the chocolate pound cake II recipe from this site. I guess all turned out well. There were a few issues during the process. I wanted to do more, but had to adapt due to time. Thanks for looking. This is my first purse cake.

Gail's Christmas Tea Pot.

This is the tea pot I made for my Aunt Gail. The cake is vanilia pound cake. Butter cream icing. Fondant accents painted with old gold luster dust. My husband had to do the fondant stuff for me. Thank you to Quadcrew & anythingsugar. If I have forgotten to thank someone please forgive me. My Aunt cried when she saw it. I know there a tons of things wrong with it. Feel free to give advice.
