My mom and dad celebrated 50' anniversary, and I made this cake for them.

White Graduation

My nice just graduated from college. In Denmark is tradition that all graduates driving in a truck trough the town and visiting each others family. One of the tings we offered to them was this cake made from strawberry parfecream with fresh red currants and strawberries inside, and decorated with marzipanflowers and fresh red currant.
