My first attempt at this cake. It was for my Daughter's birthday party. Not as difficult as I thought it would be. It's a four layer lemon cake with raspberry buttercream. My 2 year old tried to get in it at the bottom, left a little dent!
First time doing this 'slice' cake. Very fun to do, but that one piece gave me a tough time. I think the fondant was too heavy for it. It was a great hit at the party!

My first MMF cake!! Cake is WASC with Chocolate Hazelnut BC. Covered in MMF with Royal Icing flowers
This was my final course 3 cake which was used for a Reiterment/Birthday party. Bottom tier is yellow cake, top tier is chocolate both filled and iced with chocolate hazelnut BC (CC recipe). All fondant, including my first bow.
This was my first attempt with fondant. Didn/t go very well. Kept cracking, so I tried to hide it as best as I could.

This was a Birthday cake I did for my sisters 35th birthday. I used a bundt cake pan. The whole thing is BC icing.
