Pirouette Cake/ Devil's Mistress
this cake was really a Devil's Mistress Cake! I used a butter pecan filling from this website, a Choc. Syrup frosting (Dark Choc. Syrup) from the website, and Mint Choc./ French Vanilla Cookies around the edge. I topped it off with shaved Gihirdelli (SP) choc. BEST CAKE EVER!!! YOU MUST TRY THIS!
