Just got bored one night and thought I'd try making a cheese cake similar to a few on C.C.. My house was so hot that the fondant melted quite a bit. I really need some practice on forming mice. I'm hoping that if I keep practicing I'll finally get things right with my cakes! ;-)
This was a little something I threw together for my Dad's birthday. He LOVES to grill! Not a lot of detail, but it turned out alright. I got help by viewing the many wonderful BBQ cakes online. I hope I did them justice!
This was my first attempt at making a special cake for Father's Day. Fondant was used for the cheese, pickles, and tomatoes. Chocolate cake was used for the burger and white cake was used for the buns. Not a perfect cake by any means. Hopefully, I can get better at cake decorating with a little more practice.
