Chocolate Hazelnut With White Chocolate Accents.
This cake tasted amazing. When I tasted it, I no longer cared what it looked like! The filling was nutella. The frosting was a made up last minute deal -- very light and fluffy but still buttery and semi-sweet. The cake was a cake made from dutch-processed cocoa. Very good combo!!

My First Cake Ever!
I have been to the first class of Wilton but I don't make my first cake until next week. I've practiced on the board some -- but this was my first time to touch a pastry bag and a cake at the same time! :) I was proud. My icing wouldn't get that crust thing so I could use a paper towel so I just had to smooth it out with a knife and figure out what went wrong later.
