Made for someone who will be sworn in as mayor. Colors were chosen for the town's high school colors. Buttercream frosting and fondant gavel. Inspiration for the gavel came from another posters picture. Gavel is a paper towel (cardboard piece) and a dowel rod, covered in fondant.
12 x 16 Magic Line cake pan. WASC cake with buttercream icing. Fondant circles made from Americolor Royal Blue in different shades.
CSX train birthday cake. This is pound cake baked in a 12x16 pan. The train ended up being 5 1/2" W x 4 1/4 " H x 16" L. Frosted in buttercream with fondant accents. The balls that hold the wheels "together" are silver dragees, although they look like they are pearls.
I had so much fun doing this bright and colorful birthday cake. All the accents are made from MMF. I love the lollipops and "wrapped candy". The base of each cake is MMF gumdrops and the wrapped candy.

This is an 8" & 6" cake with zebra stripes and hot pink accents. The zebra stripes, fondant balls and stars are made from MMF. The "R" is something my friend purchased.
I made this for a friend. Her mom was retiring and has a motorhome like this. It is a 12x16 on the bottom, with the motorhome (stacked &carved) on top.
