Xbox 360

This is by far my most popular cake. I've done this cake at least 5 times this year. The TV is 3 stacked loaf cake with 3 dowels to keep it in place. The controller was carved out of a mini loaf pan and the Xbox was carved from a 8 inch square cake. After I got my technique down, it was very easy. It use to take me 3 hours to decorate, now it takes me 1. All buttercream icing.

I made this cake for my husband's birthday. Its a 3 layer strawberry cake with buttercream icing. I used the Wilton color sprays for the color. He loved it.

Graduation Cap Cake

This was for a high school graduation. The top is cardboard and the bottom was made with the wonder mold pan. The tassel was very fun. I stuck a skewwer into the cake board and made the tassel around it using the grass tip.

Flip Flop Cake

This cake is almost identical to a cake that "Traci" did. I hope you don't mind me copying it. My client saw it and wanted one exactly like it. Its a 9 by 13 sheet cake with all buttercream icing. The sand is crushed graham crackers, I got the flowers from the dollar store, and the flowers on the flip flop are wooden. I had no idea it would be so hard to write/draw on top of graham cracker, boy did I learn a quick lesson.

I really enjoyed doing this cake. It was a 14, 10, and 6. Yellow cake with buttercream icing. Roses were icing as well. It had 135 matching cupcakes also.
