This is by far my most popular cake. I've done this cake at least 5 times this year. The TV is 3 stacked loaf cake with 3 dowels to keep it in place. The controller was carved out of a mini loaf pan and the Xbox was carved from a 8 inch square cake. After I got my technique down, it was very easy. It use to take me 3 hours to decorate, now it takes me 1. All buttercream icing.

This was for a high school graduation. The top is cardboard and the bottom was made with the wonder mold pan. The tassel was very fun. I stuck a skewwer into the cake board and made the tassel around it using the grass tip.

The sand is crushed graham crackers, I got the flowers from the dollar store, and the flowers on the flip flop are wooden. I had no idea it would be so hard to write/draw on top of graham cracker, boy did I learn a quick lesson.

12X18 carved freehand. BC with hand painted royal icing sports balls and bat. I forgot to take a picture so my client sent this one to me. There were sports balls and bats around the side of the cake as well.

The ham is a marshmallow that I sorta cut to look like a ham....the kids loved them!!!
The bottom board for the top tier is made of the silver foil leaves. Quick fix since my cake board was way to thick to hide with a small border!

Client asked for something interesting and fun for her and her daughters birthday....this is what I came up with. The bottom border is beaded but its doesn't show well in the picture. She loved it.
