Had sooo little time to bake this.. the figures didn't dry and the started 2 fall over :p luckily just 4 family.. Choc cake, gumpaste figures and attachments (my first) and fondant deck which I painted 2 get the wood effect.. fondant railing .. oOh ya and the ocean was American frosting

Pink cupcake tower. Chocolate cc with American frosting. There were more than 300 cc on there if I remember correctly :)

Pink Birthday Cake

This was my 2nd decorated cake. Was fourteen at that time in 2007. It was my uncles birthday, but I still had pink roses and pink MMF over from my first cake and I wanted 2 practice getting the MMF smooth so I thought what the heck he must just put up with getting a pink cake lol. He was actually very happy that he got a cake at all. Chocolate cake with cream filling. Butter cream covered with MMF and butter cream roses

My 1St Decorated Cake

I baked and decorated this when I was fourteen in 2007. I have always loved baking and cooking and wanted to take it to the next level. This is my passion in life and what I enjoy the most. Chocolate cake with a cream filling. Butter cream covered in pink MMF, also my first butter cream roses :)
