Thanks to cakequeen50...they changed their mind regarding your cake but you were so sweet to give me advice! Apple cupcakes with cream cheese icing for my brother's wedding. Chocolate amaretto cake with chocoalet amaretto icing. It was my first wedding. I doubt I will do another wedding that I am involved with...my daughter was the flower girl and my boys were the ring "men"...5 year old triplets and making a cake across the country from where I live. It was fun and I was happy to do it.
My 5 year old triplets decided to change the theme on their party at the last minute. Thanks Boween for the inspiration. I found some coloring pages and cut out of fondant and hand painted. The icing is chocolate SMBC. I think I could have done so much better but time really was an issue. I see so may mistakes but my kids loved it and that is what counts! Thanks for looking!
Planet and Marvin MMF, bottom layer is buttercream w/MMF accents. Other than the bulge I am pretty happy with this cake...as always time was limited so I din't get to do as much as I hoped!
