I finished off this cake, adding more flowers (the Hibiscus)--I really thought it needed more, and I was right (original cake is in my photos). It looks complete! It was for an auction fundraiser for a man at our church who is going through cancer treatment, and it went for over $100! This was a fun cake to make, and I love how the colors turned out.

This is a practice cake for my niece's wedding--she wants a more festive type of cake, colorful and happy (my first wedding, so I have to practice a lot to be ready). I love how it turned out! I have had trouble getting my IMBC smooth, so I used the upsidedown smoothing technique, and I loved the results. It is chocolate butter cake with chocolate fillin, and white butter cake with raspberry filling. The flowers are MMF.
This is a yellow almond sour cream cake with raspberry mousse filling and chocolate ganache over IMBC, with RI purple daisies I made for a friend. My first time pouring ganache! It was easier than I thought it would be.

This is my first stacked cake! I had fun making it, although I do need improvement. I had a gap between stacks, so I covered it up with the RI flowers. It has buttercream frosting.
